Inauguration of Ration Card Management System eServices
Shri. P. Thilothaman, Minister for Food and Civil Supplies, Government of Kerala inaugurated ‘Ration Card Management System – eServices’ on 18th July 2018 at Information & Public Relation Conference Hall, Government Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram. E-Services for Ration Card is one of the most important citizen centric project of the Government of Kerala. These services enable citizens to submit online applications related to the issue and management of ration cards. Verification of ration cards can be made online using this service.
Shri. M Sivasankar IAS, IT Secretary, Smt. Mini Antony IAS, Secretary, Department of Civil Supplies, Shri. T Mohana Dhas DDG & SIO Kerala, Shri. Seeram Sambasiva Rao IAS, Director, Kerala State IT Mission and Shri. Tej Rohit Reddy, Director, Civil Supplies, Shri. Ajith Brahmanandan, Sr TD & Project Head, Smt. Shatti Raj, TD & Project Leader were present during the launch of various e-Services.
Citizens can avail 23 e-Services through three channels - Civil Supplies Public Portal, Akshaya Centre and Taluk Supply Office.
A Mobile application ‘Ente Ration Card’ meaning “My Ration Card” was also released during the inaugural function. The Mobile App is available at ‘NIC eGov Mobile Apps’.
‘Ente Ration Card’ Mobile App provides details of members in a Ration Card, Application Status and monthly entitlements.
