NATIONAL INFORMATICS CENTRE KERALA Land Acquisition Monitoring System -LACMAS



Land Acquisition Monitoring System (LACMAS) for Government of Kerala aims at monitoring the various stages of land acquisition processes in the state. The software was formally presented to District Collectors and Secretaries in presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan along with Counsel of Ministers, Shri. K M Abraham, Chief Secretary of Kerala, Shri. T Mohana Dhas, SIO Kerala and NIC Team during the Annual Collectors Conference held at Government Guest House, Thiruvananthapuram on 25th October 2017.

The project envisages monitoring the various stages during the acquisition of lands in the state and help ensuring the completion of land acquisition within the timelines. The software will be useful to district administration as well as from Land Acquisition offices. Details of projects are captured either from LAO or district administration. All supervisory officers can provide instructions to lower offices and  monitor the status of the project.
